Work permits and work visas

IBR offers the following services:

1. Obtaining a permit for hiring a foreign citizen for companies.
   The permit is issued by the Federal Migration Service (FMS).
   Term: one month.
2. Obtaining an individual work permit (plastic card) for a foreign employee.
   The permit is issued by the FMS.
   Term: one month.
   Cancellation of an individual work permit (plastic card). Term: 3 workdays.
3. Obtaining a quota for hiring foreign employees for a company.
   The quota is allotted by the Moscow Center of Labor Exchange.
   The application must be submitted before May 1st.
4. Obtaining/extending company’s accreditation with FMS. (Accreditation is necessary for obtaining a work visas for employees.)
   Term: 5 workdays.
5. Obtaining three month single entry work visas.
   Term: 15 workdays.
6. Obtaining/extending one/three year multiple entry work visas.
   Term: 22 days.
   For extra payment the term can be reduced to 2-3 workdays.
7. Notifying Tax Authorities and other State bodies (in accordance with law requirements) about hiring foreign citizens.
   Term: 3 workdays.
